Configuring Simsale software for GSM gateways - Onlinesim.io

Download and install

Download Windows Version

Download another versions (Linux, MacOS)

After downloading .exe file, open it and proceed to installation.

It takes less than a minute, then it will launch automatically.

Simsale software requires following libraries:
.NET Framework 4 and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.

Registration

For registration you should use e-mail address. Same address can’t be used for several accounts.

Please don’t forget to mention your Telegram username to make our communication much easier in case of emergencies.

After registration and logging in you will see following menu.

1 - Instruction;
2 - Port list;
3 - Statistic;
4 - AT Terminal;
5 - Profile;
6 – Balance;
7 – Settings;
8 – Log out;

Activation of account

After installing the program and creating new account - it will be inactive and there will be no connection to the server.

To activate account you should read and accept our rules and then message us @helpsim3. We will activate your account and you’ll be ready to go.

Adding ports

After first startup - program won’t see and recognise your device, so all ports should be added manually.

How to add gateway ports:
First of all, connect your modem to the PC and press button “Add”, you’ll see list of all COM ports.

You can also use the «Add all ports» button to automatically add all active ports.


Adding USSD command for requesting phone number from mobile operator

Now you’ll need to add USSD code for receiving number in settings tab to «USSD commands» field.

When you open the USSD commands menu you’ll see list of operators, that currently active.


Choose required operator, add USSD code and then press “Save” button.
If you have several operators’ cards - add codes one by one.
Also in this section you can activate checkboxes “Get number from simcard” и “Get number from book”, it allows to get number from inner memory of simcard (if it supported by operator)

Please note, that some operators using specific encode method, so if after all manipulations numbers still did not appear - do the following:

On the very top of setting menu in “Encode PDU” and “Endode USSD” items - change options from “Auto” to “UTF-8” and then reboot the program.

Connecting simcards
After all steps described above will be done – you can connect simcards to our service and they will be automatically putted on sale.


Types of bans
There are two types of bans - ban of number and ban of certain service.
Certain number can be banned if it was issued to 4 different clients, but no messages was received.
Service can be banned if message did not come for 3 times.

Resetting bans is possible with specific button - it appears after 3 hours of simcard activity. After that - it will be available once in 24 hours.

Working on different PC’s

Unfortunately, for each PC you’ll need a different account. So please check “Registration” section above and follow all steps.

Adding numbers manually

If for some reason number can not be defined automatically - you can add it manually.  You’ll need to open port settings, choose country and type number.


Here you can also rename port by changing «Unnamed» to a desired name.
In port settings tab you can check USED and BANNED services.

Withdrawal of money
In Balance tab you’ll see two fields.
Wallet or card number and Name of the wallet


Fill the both fields and press “Save wallet”, after that you’ll be able to order a withdrawal starting from 10000 rubles.

Restricting services
In our software you can restrict certain services from selling by adding them to Ignore list.
To ignore certain service, go to Settings tab and scroll to the very bottom - you’ll find ignore list.


AT-Terminal

For service needs we have a AT terminal in Simsale software


Select required port and command that you want to use (or type it by yourself) and then press SEND.
