Manage redirects

Enhanced call forwarding management functionality, added:

- disabling auto-recharge virtual number for redirection

- disabling auto-replenishment when the maximum amount of auto-replenishment is reached

Also there was a function "Net calls" to reduce the number of non-targeted calls. When this function is selected, numbers that are not used for trading platforms, taxis, messengers and other services are issued, where the number is publicly available.
