German license plates are often unavailable, and there's a sign saying they're out of stock, which works perfectly for me. I have to wait around or find other geographic locations that are more expensive. If they updated the database of German license plates, it would be fantastic, but otherwise, it's a mediocre one.

I've been very happy with Onlinesim! Nowadays every single app is required to register using a phone number, but considering how often personal data leaks occur, it becomes wise to use a virtual number instead of real one. I used to get 3-4 spam calls a day before I found a way to get around it. It's not a big deal, but quite annoying. They have a very friendly user interface, it's simple yet effective: you can buy a number in a few clicks, the number will be reserved for 15 minutes, which is more than enough to get a SMS.
